I CREATE EXPERIENCES.

Events · Marketing · Guest Experience

I bring ideas, people, content and operations together — from the first plan on paper to the last guest leaving.

Ideas are only the beginning. I like making them happen.

My experience sits between the creative side of a project and the delivery of it. Planning live events, building digital campaigns, coordinating what happens on the day, and standing in front of guests when it does.

That has covered tourism, hospitality, events and media — social content, event promotion, websites, ticketing, photography, signage, and the unglamorous details that decide whether an experience actually works.

Core disciplines

GOOD EVENTS DON'T HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT. FROM CAMPAIGN TO CROWD. CREATIVE THINKING. REAL-WORLD DELIVERY. IDEA TO GUEST EXPERIENCE.

SELECTED
WORK

Featured project · Castle Archdale Holiday Park

Turning a holiday park calendar into experiences guests remember.

Full-bleed event photography — park entertainment programme

From 2024 to August 2026 I worked across marketing and events at Castle Archdale, moving into wider responsibility as the seasons went on — including marketing lead responsibilities and, later, event coordination.

The work ran the full length of a season: planning entertainment, promoting it, selling and scanning tickets, briefing performers, printing signage, running the day itself, then turning the photography back into content.

Helping businesses look better, communicate better and grow online.

Alongside my events work I take on freelance social media, content and website projects for small businesses — the same skills, applied commercially.

Where I'm heading

My ambition is to be a Cruise Director.

It's the job every part of my experience points at: programming entertainment, hosting in front of an audience, running a schedule to the minute, and owning how thousands of guests feel about their week. I'm building towards it deliberately — events, marketing, hospitality and live delivery, one season at a time.

LET'S
TALK.

An opportunity, a project, an event, or just a conversation about what's next — I'd like to hear about it.

About

I'M KEITH.
I LIKE MAKING
THINGS HAPPEN.

Professional headshot

I'm a Northern Ireland-based events, marketing and hospitality professional, most interested in the point where entertainment, creativity and guest experience meet.

My experience has never fitted neatly into one box, and I think that's the useful part. I've run marketing campaigns, social media, websites and content. I've also planned events, coordinated entertainment, worked directly with guests and helped deliver experiences on the ground.

So I understand both halves of a project: how you sell an experience, and how you actually deliver it on the day.

FROM SCREEN TO SHOWTIME

Some days that means designing a campaign or editing content. Other days it means checking signage, coordinating performers, solving an operational problem, or making sure guests know exactly where they need to be.

I enjoy the variety. I'm particularly drawn to entertainment, major events, tourism, hospitality and the cruise industry — places where a memorable guest experience depends on creativity, communication and good operations all working at once.

Where I'm heading

I WANT TO BE A
CRUISE DIRECTOR.

That's the goal I'm working towards, and it isn't a random ambition. A cruise director programmes entertainment, hosts in front of an audience every night, runs a schedule to the minute across a huge operation, and carries responsibility for how thousands of guests feel about their week away.

Every part of what I do now feeds into it. Programming a season of entertainment. Promoting it so people turn up. Standing in front of a crowd and keeping the energy going. Fixing the thing that breaks twenty minutes before doors. Looking after guests who are on holiday and expect it to be good.

In the meantime I'm building the range a role like that needs: entertainment programming, live hosting, guest experience, marketing and operations — plus the hospitality background to understand service from the guest's side.
