Automatic video loading
TikTok videos and the creator profile load automatically on the relevant pages. There is no initial opt-in prompt. TikTok may receive information and set or read non-essential technologies before you change the video settings. You can disable future embedded TikTok loading using Video settings in the footer.
Preference storage
The site uses a first-party local-storage entry named kt-consent-v1 to remember whether you have enabled or disabled TikTok, the notice version and when you made it. It expires after 180 days. This entry is used only to remember your video preference, not for advertising. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page only.
Essential operation
The enquiry form uses a short-lived signed security token held in page memory, not a tracking cookie. Hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary security or session technologies. Signing in to the private business inbox uses OpenAI’s sign-in service and its necessary authentication technologies. Public visitors do not need to sign in to send an enquiry.
TikTok — optional external media
By default, the site loads the welcome video and/or creator profile from TikTok. TikTok can receive your IP address, browser and device information, interactions and its existing identifiers, and may store or read technologies for video delivery, measurement and advertising. TikTok controls its own identifiers and their durations, which can vary by region and account state. Read TikTok’s privacy policy for details. These technologies are not required to use our services.
Changing your mind
Use Video settings in the footer to enable or disable TikTok. Disabling removes the active embeds and reloads the page without TikTok code. It stops future embed loading here, but cannot remove cookies already set on TikTok’s own domain or recall information already shared. You can remove those through your browser’s privacy settings.
Analytics and advertising
No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other business analytics/advertising tag has been added to this site. Brand fonts are hosted locally. The automatic TikTok embeds are separate from these business analytics tags.
