The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to new organic social-media management plans. It does not cover add-ons, filming, photography, websites, events, advertising, third-party costs or bespoke work.
Unless otherwise stated, creative work includes 2 revision rounds. Further revisions are chargeable.
All on-location services include the first 10 miles from Portadown. Additional travel is £0.80/mile, plus parking/tolls/accommodation where applicable.
For one-off projects, a 50% deposit normally secures the booking.
Registered charities receive 50% off KTME service fees. Third-party costs, travel, advertising spend, supplier charges and similar pass-through costs are not discounted. Discounts do not stack.
