Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting the form, choosing a package or viewing a guide price does not create a booking, reserve a date, take payment or commit you to a contract. Scope, availability, deliverables, fees, any applicable taxes and expenses, payment schedule and cancellation terms must be agreed in writing before work starts.
Prices and custom work
Stay Seen starts at £99 per month. The pricing page sets out current packages, inclusions, starting prices and discounts. Recurring marketing plans cost five monthly payments for six months, or ten for twelve months. Hosting is £25 monthly or £250 annually. Plans renew automatically; changes or cancellation require 14 days’ notice before renewal. Registered charities receive 50% off KTME service fees; discounts do not stack. Third-party costs, travel, ad spend and supplier charges are separate and are not discounted. The first 10 miles from Portadown are included for on-location work; further travel is £0.80/mile, plus applicable parking, tolls and accommodation. A 50% deposit normally secures one-off bookings. Final scope and costs are agreed in writing.
Guarantee, revisions and hosting
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to new organic social-media management plans. It excludes add-ons, filming, photography, websites, events, advertising, third-party costs and bespoke work. Creative work includes two revision rounds unless otherwise stated; additional revisions are chargeable. Photography galleries do not use the normal revision-round model: genuine corrections and reasonable minor retouching requests can be discussed. All KTME-built websites must remain hosted through KTME.
Your rights
Nothing on this website excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Where a consumer distance contract is proposed, the required pre-contract information and any applicable cancellation rights will be supplied before agreement. These website terms do not replace the service agreement.
Content and third-party sites
Photos, video, copy and branding on the site belong to their respective owners. Do not reproduce them without permission or another lawful basis. Social media embeds and external links are controlled by their providers and may be unavailable or change. A link is not a guarantee of another service.
Responsible use
Do not use the enquiry form for spam, unlawful material or attempts to access someone else’s information. Avoid including sensitive information or passwords. Access to the business inbox is restricted.
